The feature works great when you don't want to walk through the whole conversation and are just looking for a specific question, like what the deadline is. Or what tasks have been assigned? Or even what my client meant here?
Where Otter needs improvement (based on testing & user feedback)
While Otter works well in many areas, there are certain limitations where it needs improvement– based on my testing and feedback from a few freelancers and founders who have used it daily. Here's what I come across:
